Add YJIT to Environment Report

The Ruby agent environment report (APM -> Settings -> Environment) includes lots of helpful information about the host running the instance of the agent under review. Let's include YJIT's presence in the environment report.

This might be in the ruby.description field or need to be added to an entirely new field. Consider what we do already for JRuby, since it's also an alternative Ruby compiler.

For starters, these 3 booleans would be good to grab:

RubyVM::YJIT.enabled?
RubyVM::YJIT.stats_enabled?,
RubyVM::YJIT.trace_exit_locations_enabled?
