Make RubyVMs play nice with Kamal

Kamal was improved with the release of Rails 8. We've received feedback from customers that the randomized container hostnames Kamal creates have multiple labels that might be added, which makes the view difficult to use.

Let's improve the RubyVM experience for Kamal users.
