Make sure ActionCable transactions are named properly

We received a recent customer report (internal) that ActionCable transactions are not being named as such. Instead, they may begin with Middleware/Rack/Proc/call.

We'd like to better understand why this is happening and look into providing a fix to automatically name ActionCable transactions properly.
