[Profiling] Prevent profiling from running in serverless mode

### Acceptance Criteria
As a Node.js engineer, I want the ability to prevent collection of profiling information when in serverless mode.  This is because serverless mode process telemetry from stdout in some other process(lambda extension). This data type may not be supported, nor the lambda extension will be built in the near term to collect this information.
