[Profiling] server side configuration support #3721
Description
Acceptance Criteria
As a Node.js agent user, I want the ability to enable/disable profiling from the NR1 UI.
Design considerations
We still have to flesh out which configuration values will be allowed to be configured from NR1 UI. When this is done the various configuration items must be wired up here. Based on the keys and values it should either start, stop, or update the values of the profilers.
