Missing Signals: Alerts #590
Description
Alerts have been specifically excluded from the Missing Signals check. In addition, we found that when Alerts were included back into the check, alerts could be misidentified as missing.
Do some investigation as to whether or not we can identify alerts as missing, or if this check is not feasible for Alerts.
