Upgrade layout to the latest NR1 CLI

• add icon in root
• upgrade nr1.json

Instructions:

• Clone the repo
• copy the icon.png from launcher to the project root
• run npm install && nr1 nerdpack:serve to create the nr1.json
• commit and PR those changes
