Feature Description
Validation use useful generally, but in particular for #9 and #4, there is intricate requirements across attributes & it would be easy to accidentally author invalid joint state. We should provide automated validation for authored content.
Additional context or alternatives
We can do this using omni.asset_validator (via usd-exchange[test]) for now, as UsdValidation does not currently support Python rules.
It should not be a strict runtime requirement however, it needs to be opt-in.
