Azure Ad / Microsoft Entra Setup

I am attempting to setup an application using either Azure Ad or Microsoft Entra (i tried both adapters), and they a both are returning an error about my setup being set to public, but I do not see anywhere that I have set it to public.

The toggle is set to no here

and the manifest also says public no
