How to handle getServerSession using MSW in Next API router (pages) with a custom server (Express)

Hi gang, title says it all.
I use getServerSession to verify if there's a session, returning a 401 if not, and couldn't make it work with MSW. Does anyone
have any idea I could try?

const session = await getServerSession(req, res, authOptions);
if (session) {
  //Do something
  } else {
    res.status(401);
  }

All calls to any api endpoints using getServerSession returns a 401.
