Links in toast notification should be distinguishable

### Steps to reproduce:
```javascript
showSuccess('Click this <a href="https://github.com/nextcloud/">link</a>.', {isHTML: true})
```

### Expected result
The link has a different color.

### Actual result
The link is styled exactly the same as the text, so a user won't think about clicking it.
