Dependencies for SVG Support not included

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Nextcloud with defaults on Debian 12
2. Check Nextcloud Admin Page Overview and see that SVG Support is not available (just a notice Info, not a Warning or Error)

Expected behaviour

I think the install_nextcloud Role should install all dependencies for nextcloud.

Actual behaviour

At least on Debian 12 the package libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra has to be installed.

Server configuration

Web server: Apache

Database: Maria

PHP version: 8.3

Nextcloud version: latest (31.0.0)
