Cannot appeal for spam as app maintainer

### Steps to reproduce
1. Click on "Appeal for spam" or "Cancel spam appeal"
2. Wait the page to reload
3. The button hasn't changed. 

### Expected behaviour
Appeal for spam -> Cancel spam appeal (vice-versa)

### Actual behaviour
Appeal for spam -> Appeal for speam (same for Cancel)
