Birthday date with year omitted has weird formatting #4196

Describe the bug
There is an extra comma that is usually followed by the year, but since it is omitted it looks weird.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new contact with a birthday date
- Tick the "Omit year" checkbox and save
Expected behavior
The comma shouldn't be there when viewing the contact birthday.
Actual behavior
There is a comma.
