Can't send email to group (as bcc) when address book is disabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Create an address book
3. Add a contact
4. Add a group to the contact
5. Disable the address book
6. Open the actions menu of the group in the sidebar
7. Click Send email OR Send email as BCC### Expected behaviorBrowser opens my email client

It's very specific. The addressbook has to be disabled for the feature to break.
