US Dateformat in a German localization

Describe the bug

All Birthdays in Contacts are displayed in a US-format (Month.dd yyyy) despite the selection of a German Localization. The Name of Month is shown in English e.g. "June" but the German "Juni"

Other Applications showing a correct German date using the local Names for the month

Steps to reproduce

1. set user locatization to "German"
2. Open a Contact containing a birthday date
3. check the Birthday entry
4. Birthday is displayed as "Geburtstag June 25, 1967"

Expected behavior

Birthday should be in a German format using German Language for the Month

Actual behavior

Error is present for all contacts providing a birthday
