Bug description
While upgrading from a working 3.11.1 installation the installer for 3.12.0 hangs forever on the "Please wait while the Setup Wizard installs Nextcloud."
The UAC dialog asking for permission to install something never pops up.
Clicking on Cancel doesn't do anything.
Steps to reproduce
- Reboot after Nextcloud client informs that an update is available
- The update process starts automatically and subsequently hangs up
Expected behavior
The update process terminates correctly.
