Feature description

Lately a lot of peoples both from professional and personal relation have reported issues regarding the Nextcloud Desktop client sync especially on Windows 10/11.

As the main fix for those issues (already reported in the bug tracker so I don't have created other reports) is to downgrade the client, I was thinking that having either a slow or LTS update channel could be beneficial to improve reliability and ease IT dept managing the client updates.

This channel would propose update quaterly (for example) and can be setup using the existing channel choose in the GUI .
