Bug description
When I open my Nextcloud desktop menu (Windows 11), when I clic on "open local folder" (left to the "Q" button), nothing happening !
Steps to reproduce
- Open desktop client
- Go to "Open local folder"
- Clic on the small arrow to expect opening the folder in explorer
- .... nothing happening !
Expected behavior
Clicking on this button should open the local nextcloud folder !
Got 15 computers with same configuration, on somes it works, others it doesn't.

Additional info
It happened since Nextcloud Desktop 3.12.* , but not sure. This bug is for sure present since 3 majors upgrades of the client.
