CRUD automated tagging of files via API

Is there a (Rest) API for create, read, update, delete of automated tagging of files rules? If yes, can someone share the API doc?

So the endpoint of the resource is ocs/v2.php/apps/workflowendinge/api/v1/workflows/user
But I don't think there is detailed documentation available what to send to it.
