Composer modal should remember the state per account

The default view of composer is that when you add a recipient, the right pane with the info is shown. If i hide that pane, i would like to keep it that way until i decide to show it up again. I would like to choose when i show the info panel.

I just stumbled upon this behavior and would even call this a bug: If I hide the contacts sidebar and then minimize the composer, I strongly expect the sidebar to be hidden when I continue to edit the message. It's really annoying to repeatedly having to close the sidebar just to see a broader edit window.
