New email doesn't show up in the messages list

Steps to reproduce

I don't know how to reproduce, it just happens sometimes when a new email arrives.

Expected behavior

A newly arrived email should show up in the messages list.

Actual behavior

The messages list doesn't show the email, not even after switching folders back and forth, or reloading the page.

In the sidebar the folder info correctly shows one unread email. Clicking "Repair mailbox" from the folder's context menu doesn't help.

I think this scenario happens when the thread has an unread message. So, you have read the "main" message/envelope and inside this envelope that is also a thread, one of the messages/envelopes in this thread is unread.

I've seen this happening with standalone email messages, that were not part of a thread, too.
