The loading spinner which indicates syncing is shown too often. It also spins when a sync is triggered after changing the mailbox.
Describe the solution you'd like
Show the loading spinner which replaces the sync button (top left) only if the sync takes a while, e.g. longer than 5 seconds.
It should always be shown if the user manually clicks on the sync button to provide feedback.
