Quota takes too long to load

Clicking on the three-dot menu of an account in the left sidebar causes a loading animation to be shown because the quota is loaded each time.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either cache the quota more aggressively on the frontend or move the information from the three-dot menu to the account settings.

Alternative idea

1. Use the cached version of oc_mail_accounts, show it instantly and load the actual quota from the server in the background.
2. Hide the menu entry if the column is NULL (quota not supported).
3. Collapse the entry to a single line which is now possible as the total string length is reduced, for example, Used quota: 73% (1.5 GB).

The quota percentage is already cached daily in the oc_mail_accounts table.
