As a user I want to be able to use AI integration features in my local language

Describe the solution you'd like

The 2 variables to consider are the email language and the local language, possible solutions might be:

• User setting to set the language that will be injected in the prompt (or set multiple scenarios in settings)
• automatically detect email language, compare it to the user's language . provide features in local language if they match, fallback to english otherwise

Mainly smart replies, didn't test other with different languages but they probably also need a refactor
