Save to files / Unter Dateien speichern not working with äöü in filename or jpeg

Steps to reproduce

1. Recieve an e-mail with an attachment and it's filename contains ö (ü + ä not tested)

2. Click ... on the attachment and "save to file"... it doesn't work. But you recieve a done message.

3. Look into the folder.... file wasn't saved.

--> Similar failure is with an "*.jpeg"-file.
On Step 3 you'll see an corrupt *.eml

I renamed the file to *.jpg and it worked.

Expected behavior

save attachment correctly ;)

Actual behavior

Doesn't save the attachment or creats an wrong file instead
