Failed message to send will appear in outbox with "send later" option

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a new message with not existing recipient
2. Send the message
3. Toast with error will appear, message will be moved to outbox folder
4. Wait a bit (1 min +)
5. Edit this message, you will see "Send later" with a date in the past

Expected behavior

If the date is in a past, there are should be just "send now" option.

Actual behavior

the date is in a past, and it is not matching with "send later".
