Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: 31.0.11

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some feeds include full text, while others require you to go to an ad-laden website. This creates an inconsistent UX in the app.

Describe the solution you'd like
In RSS readers like Capy Reader and Feeder, there is a feature to grab the full text. The app does its best to grab the article text, when manually requested, from the original website. This enables a more consistent reading experience and avoids ad-covered websites.

Describe alternatives you've considered
As mentioned, I have seen this feature implemented on multiple open source readers, so it seems reasonable to hope for on NCN.

I absolutely think you are right, but this has to be done in the News server app, so every client can provide the same user experience. 👎 for implementing this client side.

FWIW, I have been perfectly happy having this on the app-level with previous readers like Feeder and Capy. Having it on an as-needed basis, rather than as a server function, also gives users more control. Sometimes the pulls don't work as well as others, depending on the source website, so it is good for users to be able to revert to just the feed content sometimes.
