Describe the bug
In Plain edit mode, a single newline isn't being treated as a separater similar to spaces which is breaking bold and italics rendering and possibly other formatting. Separating formatting by a space or two newlines still works. Also, this problem isn't occuring on the web version of Notes or the latest Apple store version of Nextcloud Notes. In the screenshot the top set shows the problem, the second set shows putting a space at the front of each line works okay, and the third set shows a double newline working okay.
