The listing for Nextcloud Notes on F-Droid - both via the F-Droid website and app - features a German description. On F-Droid's Android app an otherwise English (en-us and en-ca) or French (fr-ca) system language phone (and likely all other languages) presents a German description despite Android system language change.

The long-form description of the application could/should switch language with the chosen Android system language, as happens with other F-Droid listed applications such as Les Pas:

The long-form description of the application could, as an MVP, consider featuring English, as do the other official Nextcloud applications.
Additional context
The Android system language and the F-Droid website may to use the same translated text to accomplish locale-friendly descriptions. Likely then two different ways to approach the same situation?

f-droid.org makes the one line summaries for many apps available for translation. The goal is to make it possible to have sections where only a single language is show, like the Latest Tab or the website sidebar. These are imported on a rolling basis, at least once a month.
