Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn off the Internet
2. Open any note
3. Click on formatted editing
4. See error

Expected behavior

• App-Version: 4.1.0
• Device: Blackview BV-9900

Server

• Nextcloud version: 27.1.0
• Nextcloud Notes version (server app): 4.8.1

I guess that's related to #1686.
Everything seems to require a connection with the server now, even just to load the note.
