Hide unavailable menu options (Maps, People)

When the Recognition app is not installed, clicking on the "People" item in the navigation opens the App installation page. However when deliberately wanting to disable this function (e.g. the server not supporting Recognition, or the admin not wanting to enable it), this menu item may be confusing.

Same for "Locations" when the Mapps app is not installed.

Maybe it would be better to completely hide these menu items when the required apps are not installed.

The menu entries are already automatically not shown. The only exception is if you're logged in on admin account:
