Hiding albums

I want the ability to hide albums, when at work or in any public environment i want to be able to go through my photos without seeing some stuff.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want there to be a toggle here to hide the album (will hide the photos in it from all photos view and will make the album not show up in album view etc.)

and i want an option in here to show hidden albums.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.
I have tried putting them in a folder with a leading "." but it doesnt change anything.

as an addition, moving the pictures into a separate folders is not a reasonable option when the pictures are sorted by date, as in auto upload options.

the hidden option should be a property of each image, possibly inherited from being in an album that has the hidden flag attached to it.
