NC 26 beta 5 doesn't show thumbnails

Describe the bug
I am running the newest NC 26 beta 5 version together with PHP 8.2 FPM.
The photo app does not show all thumbnails - only a few.
If I click on any thumbnail it show the photo.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use Photo app

Expected behavior
Thumbnails should be displayed

I also see several issues regarding:

This is also happening in NC26.0 which is in the stable channel. I get 0 thumbnails. This does not happen inside the NC Android App-the thumbnails load noticeably faster after the NC26.0 update.

Can you provide a stack trace from the nextcloud.log for one the GETs that are generating 404s?

I no longer get a 404 error - but in general it takes longer to display photos then previous ones.

The issue seems fixed but only for photos. I'm still getting the filename in the thumbnail instead of an actual thumbnail for videos.
