Description
Dear Nextcloud Astronauts,
As humanity stands on the cusp of becoming a multi-planetary species, with our sights set on the red Martian dunes, I come to you with a humble request from here on the mother planet. I've been navigating the vast galaxy of my photo collection within the Docker-contained cosmos of Nextcloud Hub 7 (version 28.0.0), but alas, I find myself anchored to the laborious task of selecting photos one by one.
In an era where we're ready to pack our bags for Mars, might we also consider the pioneering feature of selecting a range of photos with the simple hold of a "Shift" key? The /apps/photos/
nebula only allows for the manual clicking of each celestial body, and one feels that a sequential shift-click feature would be a small step for Nextcloud, yet a giant leap for user-kind.
Is this feature navigating through the development wormhole, or must we resign to a fate less convenient? Any insights into this anomaly or guidance on how to engage warp speed on photo selection would be astronomically appreciated.
With stardust in my eyes and hope in my heart
