[Bug]: After creating new album , adding new photos to album doesn't work

Bug description

Hello ,

I was in the process of manual installation of Nextcloud 29.0.0 on Centos 7 with Apache 2.4, PHP 8.0/8.1/8.2/8.3, MYSQL 8.0.

However, after a successful install I observed that on creating albums. And trying to add new image to the album via 'New' button.
After selecting the image, I don't see the image getting added to the album .

Also there are errors in the browser console output.

For example if i try to add image i.e {{IMAGE-NAME}}.jpg following is the browser console output i.e :

TypeError: URL constructor: undefined/{{IMAGE-NAME}}.jpg is not a valid URL.

What could be the issue?. Could you please replicate.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Nextcloud
2. Go to Photos -> Albums -> New Album
   3.Go to the new album . Click Add and then click New
3. Select the image
   5.Image is not added to the album.

Expected behavior

Selected image must have been added to the new album.

I seem to be seeing the same issue: the photos app uploader fails to upload file, and I see the same error in the Javascript console with the 'undefined' prepended to the filename in the URL constructor. Image thumbnails also do not show up in the upload dialog even in albums with images.

My installation is version 29.0.2, running on FreeBSD with Apache and PHP 8.2.

I can confirm this bug with Nextcloud 29.0.3 and Firefox 128.

When I try to upload photos into the album nothing happens and the TypeError error in the Console appears.

I can confirm this bug on Nextcloud Hub 8 (29.0.3) running on Docker, Ubuntu host server.

Just upgraded to 29.04. The behaviour has slightly changed but the results still remain unsatisfactory. When attempting to upload a picture to an album by clicking "New", an upload bar with "estimated time" appears. The server seems to be busy doing something, but nothing happens after that.
