Provide option to Share Public Albums but Disable downloads

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm trying to migrate away from a paid website/photo gallery to share personal photos with multiple family members who are not part of my Nextcloud instance.

Describe the solution you'd like
Although I can currently create an Album, and create a public share link, doing so just enables a "Download" button and anyone which the link can download one or all the photos in the album.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I would like the ability to

1. Remove the ability to download photos at all
2. Password protect the gallery as well, so if the link got out into the wild the contents would still be protected by password.

Additional context
Ability to set an expiration would also be helpful, but not required in my use case. I'm trying to make sharing photos as easy as possible for technically challenged family members, and the Photo Album seems a nice way to do it, if I can add some layer of protection on the album by preventing downloads.

I think, it would be a good practice to use nextclouds own shareing-mechanism.

This provieds the possibilities for:

• creating sharing-links with different permissions.
• share with nextcloud users from the same instance
• share per federated-cloud-id with nextcloud-users from foreign instances
• sharelinks with permission for only viewing oder downloads also
• share with email-adresss
• share one sharelink only for a defined time-interval
• share another sharelink with another time to live
• manage shares

that is what i'm really missing with photo-app (and therfore also in memories-app)
