Multi-select and -download of tagged media

After a vacation, I usually go through my photos and favorite/tag them so that I can download all my favorite/tagged photos in one particular place.

Describe the solution you'd like
When I have tagged a bunch of photos, I want to filter all media by this tag and download them (as e.g. zip).

Describe alternatives you've considered
I could download the photos right away but I lose the "ground truth" of media I liked most from one folder which I'd like to store in Nextcloud.

After some years, I again came across the same need of such a feature. What I realized is that this is also not possible/missing in the Files view where one can search for tagged Files in general. So maybe need to be fixed there?

I'd love to open a PR but the code base is confusing to me. I also just have little knowledge with PHP and Vue.js.

This would be really useful for adding more specific tags for a subset of the files already tagged (e.g., we have a tag 'Dog' and then we can filter by that and add a specific Tag like 'Pug' or 'German shepherd'. This is not even possible from the 'Files' app.
