Bug description

When using ark mode: unfilled stars of app star ratings use black color on dark background

Steps to reproduce

1. open Apps
2. select any app with ratings, e.g. Circles
3. look at star rating

Expected behavior

There is a few was to solve this.

• make unfilled starts use a lighter tone of grey
• make unfilled stars use the yellow color of the filled stars, but only as an outline
