Add "Request quote" button to app details tab

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a button similar to the other Interact buttons in the app details tab that corresponds to the new Request quote button in the app store. This button should link to https://nextcloud.com/get-a-quote/?utm_source=<nc_domain>&utm_campaign=<app_id> (pending confirmation from marketing). An is_enterprise_supported property has been added to each app in the app store to determine whether such buttons should be shown at all.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An additional section similar to that used for the button in the app store can be used for more verbosity (see below PR for example).
