Description
⚠️ This issue respects the following points: ⚠️
- This is a bug, not a question or a configuration/webserver/proxy issue.

- I agree to follow Nextcloud's Code of Conduct.
Bug description
In NextCloud 28.0.9 it is not possible to upload password-protected ZIP files - upload ends up with "Unknown error during upload" and there is no trace of it in the logs.
At first I thought it might be related to the chunking system which tries to slice the encrypted file obviously failing at that, but after changing max_chunk_size
to 0 user reported that the issue persisted.
Steps to reproduce
- Set password for ZIP archive
- Upload file via drag&drop or +New button
Expected behavior
File should be uploaded to the server->external storage as expected.
