Global search for apps

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When opening the Nextcloud App Settings /settings/apps/discover, one cannot search for apps globally. You have to select an app category in the sidebar to then search globally. This is very counter-intuitive.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. In the Discover section, I would expect the global search bar to search for apps globally for all apps and display a list of all apps according to my search.
