Bug description

Install a bunch of apps, deactivate (but don’t remove) some of them.
Make sure an app starting with a number is installed. e.g. "3D Model Viewer"

Enabled apps are sorted alphabetically in a first section
Disabled apps are sorted alphabetically in a second section.

EXEPT for the ENABLED apps starting with a number, like "3D Model Viewer" which happens to be BELOW the second section, despite being enabled.
