[BUG] : `sendPasswordToOwner` should trigger as long as password is set on share and "send pass by mail" is disabled

Description:
The function sendPasswordToOwner is designed to send an auto-generated password to the owner when:

1. A password is set on the share.
2. "Send password by mail" is disabled.

However, the function does not trigger consistently under these conditions.

Expected Behavior:
The function should trigger whenever a password is set on the share and "send password by mail" is disabled, regardless of other conditions.
