Bug description
When trying to restrict an app to a group, the menu isn't working properly, as shown in the video.
Groups doesn't appears unless a page refresh is done, adding two groups in a row is only adding the latest one, and removing tags isn't working either.
Please find attached a video showing the problem. My cursor isn't showing, so it's a bit harder to understand as I thought.
After 0:47, each time the app update buttons are blinking, that means that I've tried to click a close button on a group chip.
