[Bug]: Invalid tag ID error on search for system tag

Bug description

Search for system tag creates response "Unexpected error: Invalid tag ID"
This happens on a fresh docker instance and our current production setup
No log error but in console I get:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create collaborative tag
2. Add tag to file
3. Type tag in search
4. Click on Tag search

Find files with systemtag
