UX Improvement: Files app: The files grid should be blur or disabled when navigating #63102

When navigating between file list menus (All files, Favorites, Deleted, ...), the files grid should be blur or disabled while loading. If the loading time is quite long, it would cause confusion to users since the active nav menu was already changed but the files list still stays the same.
