Steps to reproduce

1. ??
2. Write a message / upload an image

Expected behaviour

The temporary message is shown as the last message in the chat

Actual behaviour

The temporary message is added before the last date separator. Only the "real" message will be correctly shown at the bottom of the chat.

I've noticed this for chat messages and for file uploads. While it seems to happen more often with Safari (?) I also saw it on Chrome.
