Application only shows splash screen when already running in tray (Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS) #1091

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start the Nextcloud Talk desktop application.
  2. Minimize the application to the system tray.
  3. Attempt to launch the application again using the standard application shortcut (e.g., from the application menu or desktop icon).

Expected behaviour

The Nextcloud Talk desktop application should restore its window from the system tray or maximize if it was previously minimized.

Actual behaviour

Only the splash screen with the loading spinner is displayed. The application window does not appear.
