Notify on message are delayed

Hello,

I'm dealing with a problem where when a colleague sends a message, I see it on my phone right away and get a notification.

But in the computer app, even after clicking on the chat, I can't see the message. And it waits many times over a minute before the message appears and then the notification comes again on the computer even if I opened the message on the mobile.
